New Residence Move-In Services

Moving is a stressful event. MRM Home Services LLC offers a move-in service that takes some of that stress off you. We specialize in setting up your new house to make it feel like home. You can book one-day or multiple-day installations, depending on what your needs are. 

We offer a new residence service which helps get your home set up when you move in. We get pictures and artwork on the walls, TVs mounted, furniture assembled, new light fixtures installed, curtain rods put up, bath accessories installed, and such. We are not movers, however, and that means we do not move large/heavy items, such as billiard tables, sofas, heavy concrete tables, etc.

The hourly rate is $80 (man hour) with a 4-hour minimum. If we are unboxing, or unwrapping items, there will be packing materials that will accumulate. We do not take trash and recyclables.

If we are hanging items on the walls, please be sure you have selected the location of the item, along with the relative height you would like the item to be installed. Spending time on location, height, etc. does add up and can impact the productivity of the installer(s).

Please note that sometimes heavier items, like TVs, might not be able to be installed in certain locations, depending on wall material, location of studs, and so forth. We do have universal TV mounts at additional cost if the hardware for your mount is incomplete from the move.
